I seem to be on a journal theme right now…told you I love them. Here’s a baby journal I made recently, in the traditional blue tones for a boy. These brag books are a great way to keep little photos and mementoes of your new born and would make a great gift to give to them when they are older. I tried to use various techniques and mediums to make this journal one of a kind. Click on each photo to enlarge.
There are fun journalling prompts on most pages like; first smiles, first toy and first bath as well as space for photos. The journal measures approx. 6 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ so you can easily trim a little, or a lot, off the photo to fit it on the page. Sometimes you can get multiple smaller sizes printed which are fantastic for journals or mini scrapbooks. There’s 18 pages all up plus the covers – the front one is clear so you can pop a photo on page one and it will show through the cover – mega cute factor!
The blue pages are actually brighter in real life and have a bit more aqua tone to them. I’m putting this journal up for sale in my madeit shop with a matching card and carry bag for the perfect baby gift.
